School Staff

LGBT Awareness training for school staff including Senior Leadership Team, governors, teachers and pastoral support staff in partnership with the Standards and Achievement Team.

Training can be tailored to the needs of the whole school community in order to build on training previously delivered.  Areas that can be covered are challenging homophobia, biphobia and transphobia, celebrating LGBT identities, LGB Awareness, Trans Awareness, developing an LGBT inclusive curriculum and making your school an LGBTU Safe Space. Training is developed and sometimes delivered in partnership with Brighton & Hove’s Partnership Adviser: Health and Wellbeing.
