COMMUNITY ROOTS
A network of local services in Brighton & Hove committed to supporting good mental health and wellbeing. If you need support, or know somebody that does, give them a ring on 0808 196 1768 (freephone) and they will help you navigate and access services.

Available Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm.
MindOut is a mental health service run by and for lesbians, gay, bisexual, trans, and queer people offering advice & information, peer support, advocacy, suicide prevention, counselling and online support.
SWITCHBOARD
Helpline providing support and information and will connect you to the right LGBTQ services or advice.
Call 01273 204050 7pm – 9:30pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
MIND
Providing advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem.
